PREP TRANSITION PROGRAM

We understand the importance of a positive start to school and our Transition Program is where this begins. The program runs in Term 3 and 4 over five sessions. You will get an invitation to come along after you enrol your child.

2009 Session times are:
Session 1 Wednesday September 16 at 2:00 - 3:15pm
Session 2 Monday October 12 at 11:20 - 12:30pm
Session 3 Tuesday November 10 at 2:00 - 3:15pm
Session 4 Wednesday November 25 at 2:00 - 3:15pm

Sessions 1 to 4 enable your child to spend time in a formal classroom setting. Children will participate in Literacy, mathematics, Art and Physical Education.

Session 5 Tuesday December 8 at 9:30am - 12:30pm

This session enables your child to meet their classmates and teacher for 2010. As this session is a simulated school day we request that you settle your child at their allocated room and leave them to enjoy a happy school day. Parents are invited at 12:00 noon to join their child for a sausage sizzle and meet the Year 5 buddy students who will help the children settle in 2010. The BBQ is provided by the Parent Club and we thank them again for their support with this event!
